Job Description

  • To establish marketing objectives, plans, budget and policies.
  • Execute Marketing Campaign (Advertising, Branding and Event) as per plan.
  • To analyze market situation, market information, customer demand and to make demand forecast.
  • Setting yearly targets and monitoring the brand KPI by endorsing the digital and traditional advertising campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge in digital marketing and traditional marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Evaluate and authorize all marketing standards and procedure.
  • Analyze profitability and stability of new and existing products.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Produce Monthly digital marketing reports and present to management.
  • Handling the overall digital activities, planning and to develop the digital marketing strategy.
  • Able to perform ad-hoc jobs assigned by Head of Department

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate (Diploma in Sales & Marketing)
  • At least 5 years’ experience with Management level.
  • Fluent in English (Writing & Speaking).
  • Good in Networking & Interpersonal skills.
  • Have Sales & Marketing tools knowledge.
  • Understanding product and market condition with digital and traditional marketing activities.
