About the Role

The Brand Manager (AirCon RAC) will drive both sales performance and product management for the Residential Air Conditioner portfolio. This role shapes product strategy, manages the full product lifecycle, leads channel and dealer engagement, partners closely with principal teams, and supports annual sales planning. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial mindset, technical understanding of RAC category, and the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Strategy

  • Lead the full product lifecycle for AirCon RAC, including planning, forecasting, pricing, and product positioning.
  • Coordinate closely with principal/APAC teams on new product introductions, lifecycle updates, and market alignment.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor benchmarking to support product decisions.
  • Prepare product presentations, NPI documents, and annual business plans for internal and regional reviews.
  • Ensure accurate product information, training materials, and launch readiness across sales and marketing teams.

Sales & Commercial Responsibilities

  • Develop annual and monthly sales plans for the RAC category.
  • Support channel and dealer partners through promotions, sales tools, sell-out strategies, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Track KPIs, ROI, and performance reporting; provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.
  • Work closely with Sales Teams to achieve revenue, market share, and growth targets.
  • Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Planning departments for smooth product flow and channel execution.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Marketing team to support branding, promotion campaigns, and go-to-market activities.
  • Engage with key customers and channels to build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Provide product knowledge training and market insights to internal teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, Category Management, or RAC/Home Appliances industry.
  • Strong experience in product lifecycle management, pricing, sales planning, and market/competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Age between 28 to 40 years old.
