💡 Role Summary

The Assistant Marketing Manager will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand expansion and achieve business objectives for AEAS Trading Company Limited in the Myanmar market. This role requires a data-driven strategist with strong leadership skills and a proven track record, ideally within the stationery or a closely related retail/distribution sector.

 

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop, manage, and implement all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities across all channels in the local market.

    • Develop and implement marketing tools for both online and offline channels.

    • Control the overall marketing budget and expenses to manage efficient marketing spending.

  2. Analysis & Reporting:

    • Survey and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions and report findings to company management.

    • Finalize and present marketing plans and campaign results to the management line.

  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Sales Team to develop effective marketing tools and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns designed to create consumer demand.

  4. Financial Management:

    • Manage marketing resources to optimize efficiency and strategically accelerate brand business growth.

  5. Other job-related fields.

Job Requirements

✅ Qualifications and Requirements

  • Gender: Male or female.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields.

  • Experience: Three to five years of managerial experience in marketing is required.

    • Strong preference for candidates with proven marketing experience in the stationery industry.

  • Language: Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

  • Technical Skills: Computer proficient, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Google tools.

  • Soft Skills: Must possess good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
