Develop and execute loyalty strategies to grow active members and retention.
Plan and manage member-exclusive campaigns, promotions, and rewards.( Especially City Rewards)
Analyze customer data, segmentation, and loyalty performance metrics.
Oversee loyalty app/CRM platforms and ensure a smooth user experience.
Coordinate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Category, Finance, and Operations teams.
Monitor KPIs such as member growth, redemption rate, repeat purchase rate, and campaign ROI.
Handle customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement of the loyalty experience.
Continuously analyze and improve the loyalty program structure, benefits, and reward mechanics.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
4–6 years’ experience in marketing, loyalty programs, CRM, or retail industry.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, CRM systems, and digital campaigns.
Proficiency in Power BI / Google Analytics / CRM dashboards is an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Strong analytical and customer-focused mindset.
Preferred
Experience in FMCG, Retail, or E-Commerce loyalty management.
Creative thinking in customer engagement and reward strategies.
