An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and execute loyalty strategies to grow active members and retention.

  • Plan and manage member-exclusive campaigns, promotions, and rewards.( Especially City Rewards)

  • Analyze customer data, segmentation, and loyalty performance metrics.

  • Oversee loyalty app/CRM platforms and ensure a smooth user experience.

  • Coordinate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Category, Finance, and Operations teams.

  • Monitor KPIs such as member growth, redemption rate, repeat purchase rate, and campaign ROI.

  • Handle customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement of the loyalty experience.

  • Continuously analyze and improve the loyalty program structure, benefits, and reward mechanics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 4–6 years’ experience in marketing, loyalty programs, CRM, or retail industry.

  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, CRM systems, and digital campaigns.

  • Proficiency in Power BI / Google Analytics / CRM dashboards is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Strong analytical and customer-focused mindset.

Preferred

  • Experience in FMCG, Retail, or E-Commerce loyalty management.

  • Creative thinking in customer engagement and reward strategies.
