  • To achieve and exceed the sales targets of the products (Brands) under his/her responsibility, perform the following tasks:
  • Mainly responsible for developing new brands.
  • Lead the marketing, sales promotion, strategic planning, implementation, and development.
  • Analyze the growth of the product categories distributed by the company and the market growth of each brand.
  • Manage the development of each brand category.
  • Conduct customer promotion programs (Customer Promotion Program), Market Research, Trade Promotion Program, Product Launch Executions, and Advertising.
  • Measure and monitor Brand Portfolio, Brand Image, Product Turnover, Brand Health, Profitability Ratio, and market competitors' conditions to ensure the growth of the company's profits.
  • Review and implement the master strategies of international brands and local brands.
  • Discuss and support the business plans of branch managers.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the relevant department heads and Principle Companies.
  • Provide Product Knowledge Training for sales-related responsibilities.
  • Perform and report on the responsibilities assigned by the above.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred for senior positions)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing brand campings.
  • Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
  • FMCG market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Understanding of brand positioning, marke segmentation, and targeting.
  • Marketing mix (4Ps) and strategic brand planning
  • Digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
