Job Purpose
We are launching a new Electric Vehicle (EV) brand – IM Motors – to redefine the future of sustainable mobility in Myanmar. The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving brand positioning, customer engagement, and integrated marketing strategies to build IM Motors as a premium, innovative, and eco-conscious EV brand in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the vision and values of IM Motors.
Localize global brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to position the brand effectively.
Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns (digital, offline, retail, BTL/ATL).
Coordinate with internal creative teams and agencies to develop impactful branding materials and ad creatives.
Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI across all marketing activities.
Work closely with product and sales teams to plan new model introductions and go-to-market strategies.
Lead the branding and promotional activities for vehicle launches, including showroom branding, launch events, and media activations.
Oversee the brand’s digital presence across website, social media, e-commerce, and influencer marketing.
Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and is engaging, innovative, and relevant to the EV audience.
Build relationships with media partners, lifestyle brands, and eco-friendly organizations to enhance brand credibility and awareness.
Manage PR events, test drive experiences, and press engagements.
Collaborate with the sales, aftersales, and product development teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior marketing or brand executives under the IM Motors sub-brand.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in automotive marketing or brand management (EV brand experience is a strong advantage).
Deep understanding of Myanmar’s automotive market, consumer behavior, and EV trends.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, analytics tools, and content platforms.
Excellent communication in English and Myanmar languages.
