Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  •  Collaborate with the Marketing Consultant to develop and implement the annual marketing strategy for all branches.
  • Ensure brand identity, messaging, and visual standards are maintained consistently across all campuses.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and demographic data to guide marketing decisions.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns (online and offline) to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Manage seasonal campaigns such as admissions drives, open house events, and graduation ceremonies.
  • Ensure that all campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise the management of the school’s website, social media platforms, and digital advertising channels.
  • Approve content for online posts, press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Foster positive relationships with media outlets, community partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate marketing activities across all 9 branches to ensure uniform execution of campaigns.
  • Conduct regular branch visits to review marketing performance and provide on-site support.
  • Train and mentor branch-level marketing representatives.
  • Supervise and mentor the marketing team at the head office and guide assistant managers or executives, designer & videographer.
  • Allocate tasks, review work progress, and provide feedback to ensure high-quality output.
  • Step in as acting Marketing Manager when required.
  • Track campaign effectiveness and prepare analytical reports for senior management.
  • Recommend improvements and adjustments based on campaign performance data.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing the marketing budget.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple branches or locations.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience in the education industry or service sector (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Burmese language proficiency is an advantage).
  • -  Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, Analytics, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to guide decisions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creativity with an eye for design and branding consistency.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with media and external partners.
  • Budget management and cost-optimization abilities.
