Job Description

  • Plan daily route & monthly trip of Brand Representatives of the team.
  • Give guidance and direction to team members to attain certain goals and objectives.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct field visits to ensure effective execution.
  • Communicate and build good relationship with all channel customers (wholesales, retail, modern trade and end-customers).
  • Acquire and develop new/potential areas and customers and responsible to achieve sales target in full range.
  • Generate ideas about online and offline events, trade show, sampling programs, campaigns and activities in details.
  • Enquire about competitors and market insight and provide genuine feedback.
  • Coordinate closely with sales departments and check sale figures weekly and responsible to achieve expected target sales.
  • Manage and maintain allocated resources (e.g., expenses payable, sample usage, POSM and fixed assets of the department).
  • Must report to Assistant Brand Manager for daily plan, weekly & monthly report.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree holder
  • 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/OTC sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Ability to travel districts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
