Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Continuously identify, contact, and attract new qualified vendors to join the MGD Mall marketplace.
  • Negotiate and finalize collaboration agreements with new vendors. o Maintain long-term, positive relationships with existing vendors and provide support to help them increase their sales.
  • Analyze competitor landscapes and develop strategies to expand the MGD Mall marketplace and gain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in online and offline marketing activities to enhance the MGD Mall brand image. o Meet and exceed designated sales targets.
  • Monitor vendor sales data and provide actionable insights and methods to boost their sales performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing (or) a related field.
  •  A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Development role.
  •  Prior experience in an e-commerce, retail, or technology company is a strong plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in both Burmese and English. o A solid understanding of marketing and business development strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
