Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Assistance & Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage and prioritize the Managing Director’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the preparation of strategic documents, proposals, and board reports.
Coordinate communication and workflow among departments to ensure smooth execution of executive directives.
2. Business Development & Strategic Support
Identify and analyze potential business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new projects or sectors (manufacturing, trading, or F&B).
Develop business proposals, partnership agreements, and investment presentations.
Manage client and partner relationships to enhance collaboration and retention.
Assist in negotiation and contract development with local and international partners.
Track and report BD pipeline activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
3. Project Coordination & Follow-Up
Support implementation of new business projects under the Managing Director’s supervision.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and interdepartmental coordination.
Prepare regular project updates and performance summaries for executive review.
Ensure that all business activities comply with internal standards and policies.
4. Communication & Representation
Represent the Managing Director in meetings, events, or discussions when delegated.
Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and government officials as required.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
