Job Summary

  • Provide full administrative and support as an executive to the general manager to ensure smooth management of day-to-day operation and handle sensitive and complex job issues objectively. Take responsivities of the appointed project or work as  appropriate, especially in the absence of the manager.

Job Description

  • Business Development
    • Identify and prepare the business plan in the new appointed project or business sectors.
    • Develop and implement as the management strategies.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Research to project opportunities, and competitor activities to achieve the new business project.
    • Record and maintain the documents including data management and filling.
  • Reporting and Project Tracking
    • Report on project progress from time to time.
    • Ensure the smooth running of overall daily operations.
    • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development.
  • Age must be between 25-35 years.
  • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively, Eager and able to learn new thigs, accurancy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, Good command of English-both sopken and written.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally  as required by management.
