Main Purpose of the Role:
To identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive company growth through strategic sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Present and promote company products and services (e.g., ATM Services, CCTV, IT Solutions) to prospective clients.
  • Develop sales proposals, quotations, and presentations according to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close profitable deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to improve business strategy.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
  • Make and Prepare growth strategy for company to increase sales and market expansion.

Job Requirements

Education & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in IT or service industries).
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and learning ability are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing and client relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
  • Professional attitude and positive team spirit.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptable to fast-changing market conditions.
