  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance Department) to ensure service delivery excellence.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company’s services.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
  • Develop & negotiate business/investment plans
  • Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders
  • Collaborate across departments for smooth project execution
  • Support budget planning & business strategies
  • Report to HOD & BOD on strategic updates, and performance reports to management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and Sales and Marketing, preferably in the service industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
