Reporting and analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development strategies.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the insurance or FMCG industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
Willingness and ability to travel; adaptable, proactive, and agile in a dynamic business environment.
