The role holder is responsible for effectively managing business development and customer relationship management so as to achieve the targets: new customer acquisition, existing customer retention, cross selling and upselling. The role holder is very strong at sales and relationship building and is able to leverage the existing bank’s resources: territories, infrastructure, manpower and products/services. Market development and market penetration are the key success factors.
