  • Support end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, system testing, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Analyze processes and work with the team to improve postpaid business related to billing, cash collection, and reducing bad debt.
  • Support frontline teams and customers by resolving system issues and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Assist relevant vendors with payment issues by coordinating with the finance team.
  • To support team operation where duties assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate; Bachelor’s degree .
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the Business Operation Support and Sales Support
  • Working knowledge of telecom (preferred)
  • Ability to manage Negotiation & Coordinate with IT/Vendors
  • Experience on Postpaid Business Operations
  • Good in customer service & interpersonal skills 
  • Understanding operation procedure, approaches and good communication in external/internal relationship
  • Proven oral, written, via phone and presentation skills (Fluent in English Language)
  • Proficient in Miscrosoft Office Tools
