Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

The role holder is responsible for providing a productive and motivating working environment, and addressing any issues/disputes from customers or clients.

  • Assist the Relationship Managers in preparing the credit files
  • Assist Monitoring Team by ensuring data update and follow-up checks on the RMs.
  • Manage customers’ accounts and keep information updated
  • Prepare the meeting minutes 
  • Collect and check the required documents with regards to Account Opening and Loan Documents
  • Liaise with internal department to solve clients’ issues and to fulfill customer satisfaction.
  • BU administrations.
  • Performing additional duties where needed.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Management, Economics, computer science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in Banking operation or business analysis capacity.
  • Comfortable in business analysis and data management tools.
  • Able to adapt to fast-changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
