A Big Opportunity for ...

Manage the daily operation of the company canteen and ensure timely meal service for employees and guests.
Supervise canteen staff and coordinate work schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, sanitation, and service standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety and company HSSE requirements.
Manage inventory of food, beverages, and kitchen supplies, and coordinate procurement when required.
Monitor food consumption, control wastage, and support budget management.
Address employee feedback and complaints and implement service improvements.
Maintain records and prepare reports related to canteen operations, inventory, and hygiene inspections.
Support company events, meetings, and special functions requiring catering services.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in canteen, catering, or food service operations.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Leadership and supervisory skills.
Planning and organizational skills.
Food safety and hygiene awareness.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Cost-conscious and service-oriented mindset.
