Position Purpose / Context
Supply chain capability manager focuses on supplychain associate’s capability building and developing,including both function skills and soft skills, to improve the productivity, and facilitate operational excellence methodologyand tools usage across supply chain. Lead productivity improvementprojects across Supply Chain. Drive digitalization and data driven decision transformation and streamline internalprocess and procedure.
KeyDuties / Responsibilities
Work with supplychain function head and SBP on both yearly (EBP) and long range (LRP) Supply Chain associates function skills and soft skills developmentstrategy and execution plan, including training cost BP. Support SCD onend-to-end SC productivity improvement strategy.
Workwith SC function manager and HR team, leverage both internal and externalresource to execute Supply chain training planning by monthly basis,including pre-training assessment, training effectiveness assessment, remedialtraining and individual tailor ordered training plan. Update monthly trainingcost RE. Introduce and implement new training way and technology, such asonline virtual training, VR/AR, metaverse, etc. Support other capabilityprojects, such as manufacturing new line VSU, QC basic test transfer, online virtual training, VR/AR, metaverse, etc.
DriveOE, WCM, Kaizen and EDGE tools usage in Supply Chain, such as DMAIC,Root Cause Analysis, SPC, 6S, Visualizations, etc. Drive 8 waste eliminationand continuous improvement culture in Supply Chain organization. Workwith BIG SC COE to implement any BIG lead capability building and productivity projects. Share CCPBM Supply chain capability building and productivityimprovement best practice and duplicate other bottlers best practice in CCPBM.
SupportSC director and functional head on QSPEC and productivity projectimplementation and monitoring. Participate in Supply Chain QSPEC improvementand all productivity improvement projects in Supply Chain, prepareyearly projects business planning, monitor project progress, prepare monthlyand yearly QSPEC and productivity report. Work with procurement team on jointproductivity improvement projects. Work with SC finance BP on all projectssaving and share all productivity projects update with BIG SC COE, BIG finance,OU productivity team by monthly basis. "Plant 100" projectfacilitator. Support manufacturing analysis on monthly manufacturing CPCanalysis.
Workwith SC director, functional head and IT on digitalization andIndustry 4.0 solution, including Line View, QS Infinity, Power BI, QR codetraceability, MRP, TMS, WMS, etc. Provide professional consultancy on manufacturing newhigh-speed line, quality new test equipment, green field design, on logistic ASRS, DS design, infrastructure planning, etc.
