- In charge of After Sales Service (Branch).
- Good customer service and problem solving skills
- To control job process control board.
- Good interpersonal skills with front desk's and technicians.
- Great understanding on workshop job flow and new vehicles delivery process
- Great understanding on spare part job flows and related jobs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report to Head Office.
- Understand SOP(SST) tools and related issues.
- Willing to travel and work extra hours
