  • Handle daily customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through phone, email, and in-person communication.
  • Record, track, and update customer data accurately in Excel or internal systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain customer service reports and documentation.
  • Support internal teams by sharing customer feedback and improving service processes.
  • Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers and provide clear, polite, and helpful responses.
  • Ensure all service activities comply with company policies and standards.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or related role preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
  • Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and email handling.
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
