a. Full responsible for business operation of the assigned area, to ensure the smooth operation for YPS service at service centers and G&G stores.a. Responsible for overall management of Service center, such as policy complying, team member performance evaluation, customer service training etc.b. Accountable for communicating with G&G to provide prompt service to them in terms of operation, store filtering, marketing activities, card distribution etc.c. Accountable for customer service quality ensuring of 30-40 G&G stores in assigned area.d. Responsible for coordination with external orgs & internal departments such as finance, card producing, warehouse, marketing etc.e. Make business and operation report to high management of current status, problems, and related recommendations.f. Comply to company general policies and performance evaluation policies and others.

REQUIREMENT:a. Have advanced team management skills and sound operation experience.b. Have good skills in office software: Word, Excel etc.c. Command very good communication skills and problem-solving mindset. Has traits like Extroverted, friendly, patient.AGE : 25-35QUALIFICATION : Any Graduate,Other qualified on specialized such as Business and MarketingSALARY :EXPERIENCE1.
