Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Prepare consolidated financial reports for management and stakeholder.
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
Ensure compliance with local laws, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
Prepare and submit statutory reports, tax returns, and regulatory filings.
Develop and maintain strong internal control systems.
Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to company policies and financial procedures.
Assign tasks, review performance, and provide coaching.
Ensure continuous development of the finance team.
Ensure proper fund management and cost control.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems and processes.
Implement automation and efficiency enhancements.
Develop and update SOPs for accounting functions.

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Accountant field and at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in corporate finance or similar industry preferred.
Must be able to prepare Group Consolidated Financial Reports.
Must be capable of managing Working Capital, Cash Flow Management, and Cash Control.
Must be able to present monthly financial reports and analysis clearly to the FM/ CFO / CEO.
Must be able to develop Budget Plans and Financial Plans, and perform Budget vs Actual Analysis.
Must have good communication skills in both English and Myanmar languages.
