Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly full set of financial statements.
• Update fixed asset register and calculate monthly depreciation.
• Check and Update LG whole sales credit balance.
• Check and Update Flat and PAE balance.
• Prepare By Weekly Budget Receivable and Payable.
• Check all bank transaction.
• Check the balance of inter-company account transaction.(LG & Construction)
• Support the preparation of monthly budgets and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
• Prepare Daily Cash and Bank Balance and Advance List, monthly Receivable and Payables.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments on financial matters and reporting requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage
• Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience (construction industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of project accounting and costing
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Good analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• High integrity and attention to detail
