Job Description

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial statements, and variance analysis.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of restaurant revenues, expenses, and accruals.
Assist with Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly budget preparation and periodic forecasting, and variance analysis.
Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.
Monitor and analyze food cost, beverage cost, and other overhead cost.
Analyze menu costing, recipe costing, and contribution margins.
Support pricing strategies and promotions with financial analysis.
Support management with financial analysis to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable related to vendors, suppliers, and outlets.
Coordinate with teams for monthly sales, asset & stock count, inventory valuation and ensure accurate recording in the system.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, including commercial tax, withholding tax, and other statutory requirements.
Assist in preparation for internal and external audits.
Support, guide, and review work of junior accounting staff.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA Part II, CMA) is an advantage.
Minimum 8–12 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in restaurant or F&B industry or Retail Business.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, POS systems, and cost structures.
Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
Hands-on experience with accounting software and POS systems.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong communication and coordination skills. Integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.
Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
