1) Develop and implement the group’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives. 
2) Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors. 
3) Oversee group accounting, financial reporting, and consolidation. 
4) Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 
5) Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management. 
6) Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. 
7) Review profitability, cost control, and operational efficiency.  
8) Monitor foreign exchange exposure and treasury risks. 
9) Oversee intercompany funding and cash management. 
10) Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. 
11) Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams across the group. 
12) Establish finance policies, SOPs, and performance standards. 
13) Strong leadership and people management skills. 

1) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 
2) CPA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA is preferred.. 
3) Minimum 10–15 years of finance and accounting experience. 
4) At least 5 years in senior finance leadership role (Head of Finance). 
5) Experience in IT, technology, software, or project-based business environment preferred. 
6) Experience managing group consolidation and multi-entity operations. 
7) Strong experience in budgeting, treasury, taxation, and financial reporting. 
8) Strong English communication skills. 
9) Proficient in written and spoken English.
