Core Responsibilities

  • Team Supervision: Train, mentor, and schedule cashier staff. Monitor their performance and assist during busy rush periods. 
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the opening and closing of registers. Reconcile end-of-shift reports, resolve cash discrepancies, and ensure safe deposits. 
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex customer complaints, performing price overrides, and approving returns/exchanges. 
  • Security & Compliance: Enforce loss prevention procedures, maintain cash register security, and ensure strict adherence to store or bank policies.
  • Cash Management: Balancing the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts, counting money, securing funds, and preparing bank deposits
  • Maintain and update daily, monthly and yearly accounts spreadsheets
  • Generate and maintain account related reports

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business, economics, mathematics, or in related courses.
• Physically fit and able to execute tasks involving extended periods in positions of standing, or carrying out other activities affiliated with the task at hand.
• Proven experiences as Head Cashier in Trading , retail & wholesales industries
• Minimum 5 years working experiences inManagement field preferably.
