An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Processing cash transactions and maintaining cash drawer balances according to company policies and procedures
  • Receiving, counting, and recording cash payments from customers on behalf of businesses
  • Maintain schedule for cashiers and ensure coverage during all shifts
  • Train and oversee cashiers
  • Monitor the work of cashiers on a daily basis
  • Understand product placement at the store to answer customer questions
  • Ensure accurate drawer reconciliation at the end of each shift
  • Serve as backup for any cashiers calling out
  • Track cashier break schedules
  • Identify and correct cash register errors and take measures to ensure that further errors do not happen
  • Generate and maintain account related reports
  • Maintain and update daily, monthly and yearly accounts spreadsheets
  • Provide rapid response to customers’ complaints and acknowledging them professionally.
  • Answering questions about products and services offered by the store to increase sales

  • Any Graduate,
  • LCCI Level (III) is desired
  • Proven experiences as Chief Cashier in retail industries
  • Outstanding customers service skills
