On behalf of our Client, a farm equipment supplier. We are looking for a: Chief Executive Officer (Electronic Distribution)  to be based at their offices in Yangon, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides strategic, financial & operational leadership for the company and coordinates closely & works with Board of Directors and senior leadership
• Acts as a strategic advisor and consultant offering expert advice on contracts, negotiations, or business deals
• Analyzes and makes recommendation on the impact of long-range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions (Identifies and addresses problems and opportunities for the company)
• Develops credibility and authority for the finance leadership team by providing accurate analysis of budgets, reports and financial trends and operational procedures to assist the BOD and senior executive team
• Creates, improves, implements, and enforces policies and procedures of the organization that will improve operational and financial effectiveness of the company
• Communicates effectively and establishes credibility throughout the organization and with Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges
• Improves the planning and budgeting process on a continual basis by educating departments and key members of corporate leadership
• Provides strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; specifically relating to the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships
• Optimizes the handling of banking relationships and works closely with CFO to foster and grow strategic financial partnerships
• Evaluates company’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies
• Mentors and interacts with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourages development among senior executive team and all staff members
• Oversees day-to-day operation of the company and works closely with Human Resources Department to ensure great hiring
• Creates an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale
• Oversees the company’s fiscal activity including budgeting, reporting, and auditing (Provides expert financial guidance and advice to others within executive leadership)

Job Requirements

• University Degree in Business Administration or University Degree with any major subjects
• Holding an E.MBA or MBA will be an advantage
• At least 10 years and above experience at CEO Level and in Electronic Distribution field
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, sociability skills and multicultural skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent command of the English Language
• Able to maintain calm demeanor in high stress environments
