- Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Sales and Business Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients to enhance customer loyalty and maximize sales opportunities.
Marketing:
• Possess strong presentation skills to effectively market the company's main product and  services.
• Develop a general understanding of marketing principles to support business growth.
Financial Management:
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure sound financial management and compliance with  budgetary requirements.
• Provide input on financial decisions, budgets, and resource allocation.
Customer Service:
Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service by setting high standards and leading by example.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Utilize feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights and continuously improve the shopping experience.
Comprehensive Knowledge:
• Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the company's  operations, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to ensure the GM is fully informed and aligned with the  company's vision and objectives.

-Minimum 10+ year of hands-on experience in manufacturing,preferable in distribution.
- Master's degree in a related field, MBA is more preferred.
- Demonstrable experience with General manager.
-Strong financial,business development and marketing skills.
-Strong influencing,negotiation and collaborative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email and internet usage is essential.
- Must have a good personality.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.

- Deep knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policies and   systems.
- Must be able to travel as needed.
