Job Description

Develop and implement the company's financial strategies.
Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning.
Prepare and present financial reports and management reports.
Oversee tax compliance, audits, and adherence to financial laws and regulations.
Liaise and negotiate with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
Lead, supervise, and manage the operations of the Finance Department.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Finance Director, or in a senior finance management role.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, taxation, and cash flow management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or other related certifications will be an advantage.
Candidates who are proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Chinese will be given preference.
