Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

We are looking candidates for Chief Operating Officer (Technical Operations) position with one of the renowned city bus operation company in Yangon, Myanmar.

1/ Manage the technical operations of city bus fleet
2/ Ensure that the sufficient serviceable vehicles are available for operations
3/ Plan and manage maintenance and repair activities in collaboration with suppliers' engineering team
4/ Manage the operation teams to adhere the safety instructions and procedures accordance with local authorities
5/ Schedule inspection of the vehicles for preventive maintenance
6/ Liaise with vendors and suppliers for fleet technical issues
7/ Manage Logistics, Engineering, Admin and Finance teams to facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the day-to-day operations

Job Requirements

Requirement

1/ Minimum 5 years of similar experience in bus service industry preferably in vehicle fleet maintenance, repair, installation
2/ Bachelor degree in Enginerring
3/ Able to manage 200 over operation and technical staffs in demanding situation
4/ Positive, Optimistic, Mature, Self-motivated and energetic Team Leader

Location: Kamayut and Mingalardon

Salary Package: Attractive Remuneration Package
