The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership to the organization. The CFO oversees all financial planning, risk management, reporting, and compliance functions, ensuring long-term financial sustainability and profitability. This role serves as a strategic partner to the senior management team, driving business growth, operational efficiency, and shareholder value.

Key Responsibilites : 

• Develop and implement financial Strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions by the Senior Management.
• Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and investment strategies.
• Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee all aspects of corporate finance, budgeting, and accounting.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local standards.
• Manage cash flow, capital structure, and working capital to ensure liquidity and stability.
• Implement robust internal controls and financial policies.
• Ensure compliance with all tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee audits (internal & external) and liaise with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
• Manage insurance, investment risks, and exposure to currency/market fluctuations.
• Drive cost efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all business units.
• Oversee financial systems, and financial processes.
• Implement key financial KPIs for performance monitoring.
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, regulators, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and insights for the Senior Management.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams.
• Build strong financial governance and culture of accountability.
• Foster continuous learning, development, and succession planning within the finance team.

Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Commerce or Accounting field or Business Administration or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be preferred
• At least 15 years of progressive finance experience, with 7+years in a senior leadership role
