A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for field operation and Maintenance of all sites of the cluster
  • Assuring SLA for the customers for site delivery, assurance of Quality & ensuring site uptime for telecom operators.
  • Maintained customer (Telecom operator) satisfaction & comfort level in terms of their network availability at the range of 99.99
  • Responsible for controlling excessive DG run hours and fuel.
  • Responsible for closing the TT’s & WO’s without escalation.
  • Responsible for solving issues on site with quality and accuracy: NO open issues without CM WO
  • Responsible for visiting the site to technical support to the field technician.
  • Responsible for Fault reduction & management, Power and fuel, Site management from a technical perspective, Energy management, Data management, TOC, Site cleaning (Hygiene of site) etc.
  • Responsible for Carrying out Preventive & breakdown maintenance (PM) and equipment for improving overall reliability and safety of Utility of all infra-equipment as per standard process
  • Apply Continuous Improvement principles with a specific focus on eliminating faults, and reducing downtime, minimizing revenue spend, improving cycle times, designing out failure modes and maximizing the performance and longevity of assets
  • Responsible for Reviewing & analysing the repeat failure cases and taking immediate corrective and  preventive actions to avoid any repeat failures.
  • Responsible for training, development & progress of the staff.
  • CSR initiatives to improve community relations and for smooth operations.
  • Smooth HOTO wherever initiated for betterment.

  •  Bachelor of Engineering.
  • Team Management Skill.
  • Must have English four Skills.
  • Must have over 4 years of Telecom Experience.
  • Must have technical skills.
