KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads the talent acquisition process with creativity and efficiency, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new team members.

  • Provides strategic HR partnership to commercial teams, crafting strategies that resonate with our progressive workplace.

  • Champions talent management, organizational design, and effectiveness to cultivate a robust talent pipeline.

  • Proactively addresses development and compensation needs with innovative solutions that will support the growth of the business.

  • Spearheads employee engagement initiatives that reflect our Company Values.

  • Works with the Payroll Team to ensure accurate and timely payout to both employees and Merchandisers

  • Contributes to a culture of compliance by handling employee exits and government reporting with integrity.

  • Keeps a pulse on employee wellbeing by overseeing leave management with empathy and understanding.

  • Coordinates tax filings and audits with meticulous attention to detail, upholding our reputation for high ethical standards.

  • Drives the performance management process to enable our commercial team to perform at their peak.

  • Be responsible for the HR budget with a strategic mindset, collaborating for financial savvy and sustainability.

  • Builds strong partnerships with HR vendors, ensuring our values are echoed in every interaction.

  • Facilitates engaging training sessions that cultivate continuous learning and ethical excellence.

  • Leads or participates in transformative HR projects, such as the Management Trainee Program, infusing them with your unique flair.

  • Tackles diverse HR projects with passion, from planning to execution, making your mark on our organization.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with 4 years in HR Business Partner roles, ideally in an FMCG environment.

  • A digital native, comfortable with leveraging technology to enhance HR functions.

  • Specialized knowledge in talent management, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits.

  • Project management prowess, with the ability to lead initiatives that resonate with a modern workforce.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both in English and Burmese with an interest in building relationships across generations.

  • A collaborative spirit, growing in a team oriented environment.

  • Uptodate with the latest in employment legislation and best practices.
