  • Partner with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a high-performance culture within the banking sector.
  • Provide strategic guidance and consultation to business leaders on all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Act as a change agent, driving organizational initiatives and facilitating change management processes to support business transformation and growth.
  • Proactively identify HR issues and trends within the banking sector, analyze root causes, and develop innovative solutions to address them effectively.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Partner with HR centers of excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions in areas such as compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies, and advise management on HR best practices and risk mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior leaders and influencing organizational change.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities.
