Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Support developing and implementing strategic communication plans and stakeholder engagement plans for community management & social impact initiatives. Create compelling content for various communication channels and audiences Conduct research and gather data to support communication initiatives and contribute to reports on social impact progress & economic updates

  • Help manage relationships with external stakeholders, including Embassies, Chambers of Commerce, INGOs, NGOs, Agencies, Partners, media outlets and KOLs. 

  • Assist in coordinating, attending and organizing stakeholder meetings, events, conferences, and workshops related to stakeholder engagement and/or social impact initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to attend to queries from external stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment of communication efforts with the organization's community engagement plan, social purposes and sustainability goals. 

  • Support the preparation of speeches, presentations, and talking points for senior management and key stakeholders.

  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends related to social impact and provide insights to enhance communication strategies.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of communication activities, including metrics, outcomes, SOPs and best practices.

Support Communications Managers in various strategic communication initiatives and special projects as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, or a related role, with a focus on social impact or sustainability.
  • Proven track record in successfully developing and implementing communication strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of sustainability, ESG, and other related social impact initiatives.
  • Knowledge of the current landscape, trends, and best practices in social impact communications.
  • Proficient in using social media and digital platforms for communication.
