Job SummaryRelationship Underwriter, Local Corporate, is responsible for assessing corporate lending requests, analyzing credit risk, and supporting sound lending decisions in line with bank policies and regulatory standards. This role partners closely with business teams to balance growth with risk control.Key Responsibilities● Review local corporate credit proposals, financial statements, and supporting documents for lending decisions.● Analyze borrower cash flow, repayment capacity, industry outlook, and key risk factors to determine exposure.● Prepare clear credit assessments, recommendations, and risk insights for approval committees and management.● Ensure all applications comply with internal policies, credit guidelines, and applicable banking regulations.● Work with Relationship Managers to clarify requirements, strengthen proposals, and resolve outstanding issues.● Monitor approved facilities, covenant compliance, and portfolio risks to support early issue detection.

Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.● Experience in credit analysis, relationship underwriting, or corporate banking is preferred.● Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and corporate credit risk.● Familiarity with banking policies, lending procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
