Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Participate as functional team member in development and implementation
  • Coordination with internal team or offshore support teams for various activities such as parameterization, test executions and defect tracking
  • Understand the workflow of Mambu core banking system
  • Configure lending, insurance, deposit products set up and issues fixing
  • Analyse & translate business requirements into system solutions
  • Work closely with all onsite and offshore stakeholders to ensure the issues fixed
  • Document all work in accordance with agreed standards applicable for

  • Mambu

  • Analyse and provide solutions to business testing and related issues
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing and make sure the product configuration meet with business requirement
  • Product report base on the requirements
  • Provide ongoing support and Q&A to existing stakeholders
  • Make sure smooth customer experience and journey

Job Requirements

  • Proven 3+ years of experience in a related area in Core Banking

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. 

  • Proven experience in

    -Core banking functional

    -Product parameterization

    -Issue fixing and testing

    -Support and maintenance

  • Good knowledge of Core Banking functional
  • Knowledge on GL entries and accounting’s flow
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
