The role holder will be responsible to assist and support Head of Credit Card to create and execute new card product type’s design also the development of innovative Credit Card types to compete with the market industry .

*Leads and effectively executes the Value Centre’s business plans for structuring highly relevant and innovating financial solutions to deepen account adoption and to reach more customers at lower cost, in line with the overall bank’s strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion
*Assisting and supporting in implementing product strategy and also to monitor product performance to ensure delivery of innovative products and solutions to clients with alignment to their needs
*To execute the annual Strategic Marketing plan through gathering and analysing market trend research data
*Monitors market trend and information to identify potential areas for the development of new Credit Card types, and the restructuring/pricing review of existing Credit Cards
*Analyze and maintain the most profitable position as Credit Card issuer and to stay ahead from the competitor
*Identifies future client needs for new product opportunities and monitors regulatory challenges in order to develop competitive products.
*To implements Credit Card product programs to drive business growth and achieve targets.
*Conducts market analysis on Credit Card product trends and studies competitor activities to identify opportunities.
*Initiates Credit Card product ideas and ongoing features/benefits tailored for each target category.
*Review Credit Card product pricing and cost regularly, and revise if necessary
*Ensures credit card products/services to comply with legal and regulatory requirements

*Bachelor degree in Finance or related field.
*Good analytical skill
