We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 21st-March-2026 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

A Credit Collector is responsible for following up with customers to collect outstanding payments.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Contact debtors via phone, email, or written communication to negotiate payment of overdue amounts.
  • To cultivate working relationships with customers, guiding them through the repayment process.
  • Prepare statements of account for creditors.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
  • Work to improve operational processes.
  • Keep records of all customer communications to build individual debtor cases.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate.
  • at least 25 years old.
  • Previous experience in debt collection or accounts receivable is preferred.
  • Be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if necessary.
  • [Location priority - South Dagon, North Dagon, Tharkayta, Yuzana Garden City]
