Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Carefully verifying and accepting customer orders, ensuring all specifications regarding sticker type, dimensions, and quantities are accurate.

  • Quotation & Pricing: Preparing detailed price quotations based on specific order requirements and securing formal approval from customers.

  • Client Relations: Traveling to meet city-based clients in person when necessary to discuss project details and technical requirements.

  • Sample Management: Collecting physical samples from customers and delivering factory-produced proofs/prototypes to clients for final approval.

  • Production Liaison: Coordinating directly with the factory to relay order details and continuously monitoring production timelines to ensure on-time completion.

  • Customer Communication: Professionally handling customer inquiries via Viber or phone and providing proactive updates regarding delivery schedules.

  • Documentation: Systematically issuing, recording, and filing essential documents, including Invoices and Delivery Orders (DO).

  • Payment Tracking: Monitoring incoming payments and following up on outstanding balances to ensure timely accounts receivable collection.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • Experience: At least (1) year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Office Administration.

  • Mobility: Ability to travel frequently within the city for client meetings. (Candidates with driving skills and a valid license will be given preference.)

  • Technical Skills: * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

    • Ability to accurately handle and memorize technical specifications, including measurements (inches/mm) and various substrate types.

  • Personal Attributes:

    • Physical Stamina: Must be healthy and energetic, as the role requires active field visits.

    • Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous to ensure all order specifications and measurements are error-free.

    • Interpersonal Skills: Polished communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
