Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate in planning ideas, designing of CSV initiatives of Corporation, including Myanmar Care.
  • Leading in operational management of CSV activities, including Myanmar Care’s football activities, health support activities, community engagement activities according to activity calendar.
  • Leading implementation process of CSV session activities under Myanmar Care (Blood Donation, Smile Project, Grassroots and U14 football matches) organizing of internal activities for employees such as Friday Happy Hour at MBL Lounge, Seasonal Donation Ceremonies.
  • Track and file departmental invoices/accounting and reconcile expenses as need.
  • Coordinate agenda, minutes for department team meetings specially for CSV session as need.
  • Cross-functional coordination with different bodies in order to execute CSV activities.
  • As needed, support the other sections in CSV department and corporation for materializing the CSV purposes.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Any bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in Customer Services and Social work activities preferable.
  • Food and beverage related industry experience an advantage.
  • Intermediate Level of English, Preferably 4 skills.
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Graphic Design will be plus)
  • Business and Social development mindset
  • Good in communications and interpersonal skills
  • Public Relations/ Presentations
