Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Gather and clean sales, transaction, and digital analytics data.
  • Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns.
  • Support menu performance reviews and pricing evaluations.
  • Assist in designing and executing qualitative and quantitative research (surveys, focus groups).
  • Coordinate with external research agencies for fieldwork and data collection.
  • Compile raw data into structured formats for analysis.
  • Maintain and update Power BI / Excel dashboards for KPIs (NPS, repeat rate, satisfaction scores).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Highlight anomalies and recommend areas for deeper analysis.
  • Support customer journey mapping across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
  • Document pain points and assist in preparing improvement recommendations.
  • Work with Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Operations to provide insights for campaigns and store experience.
  • Share quick-turn insights for promotions and menu launches.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing/ computer science. 
  • Certification in any data analytics program would be a plus. 
  • Above one year of proven data analysis job experience. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software; mainly on Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics. 
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. 
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex data findings. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and translate data into actionable recommendations.
