We are looking for an experienced Penetration Tester to conduct regular security assessments as part of our in-house security team. This role focuses on hands-on testing, vulnerability validation, and collaboration with internal engineering teams to improve the organization’s security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and lead penetration tests for web and mobile applications, networks, cloud, and infrastructure
• Identify, exploit, and validate security vulnerabilities using manual and automated techniques
• Produce high-quality reports with risk ratings, business impact, and remediation guidance
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams during remediation
• Mentor junior penetration testers and review their findings
• Contribute to tool development, automation, and testing methodologies
• Stay current with new attack techniques, tools, and threat intelligence

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant Industry certifications (such as CEH, OSCP, eCPPT , etc) are a plus
• Scripting or programming experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Experience with Red Team or adversary simulation engagements
• Strong knowledge of network, application, and system security
• Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10, CWE, CVSS, and MITRE ATT&CK
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Burp Suite Pro, Nmap, Metasploit, Nessus, or similar
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows internals
• Ability to conduct manual exploitation beyond automated scans
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills
