  • Maintain and regularly update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding inquiries, sales, services, and appointments.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, and requests professionally.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Conduct post-sales and post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer appointments, service reminders, and follow-up schedules.
  • Record and track customer interactions, communications, and follow-up status in the CRM system.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, Marketing, and other departments regarding customer-related matters.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and customer experience.
  • Conduct customer surveys and collect feedback when required.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure customer data is handled properly.
  • Perform other customer relationship and administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Sales Support, or a related position.
  • Experience in the automotive / EV industry is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience using CRM software or customer management systems is preferred.
  • Good command of English is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
