Job Summary
Join a dynamic team supporting customers in the machinery and engineering sector. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and eager to learn while delivering responsive service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
● Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a timely, professional manner.
● Assist customers with product information, service requests, basic troubleshooting, and follow-up.
● Record and update customer details, issues, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
● Coordinate with sales, technical, and operations teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
● Support service scheduling, after-sales communication, and document preparation as needed.
● Maintain a positive customer experience and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.

Job Requirements

● Any bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
● Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
● Willingness to learn technical products and support processes in a machinery environment.
● Able to handle multiple tasks, follow instructions, and work well in a team.
● Responsible, organized, and able to maintain accurate records and reports.
● Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
