Key Responsibilities,

Organize, Manage and Plan for all daily operational activities of team

  • Coordinate with team member / sales on operational issue
  • Manage team member’s daily job and follow up shpt
  • Communicate with oversea agent for freehand & nomination shpt
  • Handle and manage sale’s shpt with team member
  • Rate filling for export & import and negotiation
  • Checking system report data monthly
  • Reporting to HOD Daily/Weekly
  • Cross functional cooperation with other Team
  • Manage work flow and align internal procedure

  • 5 year experience Freight Forwarding & Logistics Management Level
  • Freight Forwarding Customer Services & Regulations
  • Problem Solving Skill and Leadership Skill

  • Documentation knowledge for Sea/Air/Land
  • Freight knowledge for Sea/Air/Land
  • Relation with Shipping Line/Airline/Vendor
  • Custom clearance knowledge
