Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  1. Manage record of Customer and Fleet Data on ERP system
  2. Assist and communicate with customers through various channels on arrival or during the repair process.
  3. Inspect vehicle for damages
  4. Communicate with Corporate/Business Partners when requires
  5. Handle hotline phone and responding promptly to customer inquiries
  6. Manage service team for weekly target and report
  7. Processing orders, forms, insurance applications, and part requests
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Job Requirements

The successful application will:

  • Have a great attitude that exudes professionalism, ethics, and a genuine desire to make good things happen.
  • Be an  university graduate
  • Able to display strong IT skills and a have genuine interest in optimizing ERP systems.
  • Have a good basic knowledge of Car and Fleet and able to work with team
  • Have good communication skills, with a basic spoken and written English.
