Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

-Handle incoming call and inquiry email, placing and processing customer orders
-prepare documents for freight forwarding Import/ Export
-booking cargo space with carriers
-To liaise with internal departments to resolve customer's complaints
-Update customer with shipment status, latest pricing, schedule, etc. from time to time proactively
-Follow up and coordinate with local and overseas customers’ in/outbound business
- Provide clerical support to Department
- Handle projects and duties as assigned

Job Requirements

-must be graduated.
-have at least 1 year customer service experience in logistics/ Freight Forwarding field
-could prepare documents for Sea& Air Shipment( Export& Import)
-good at Microsoft Excel, writing email
-good at spoken and written English (Intermediate)
